While I agree with you that the voices and acting WERE spot-on, GG, there's another reason this impressed me:
This is a clip from a compilation show (that is, one where a bunch of characters come together on one stage.) It's pretty easy to succeed with a show like that--if the characters are even SLIGHTLY the same as on the TV, you win. (Kids aren't picky. ;) All they could've done was have a few songs, have Robbie show up and say something like "Be lazy!" get booed, and leave. Success.
But this show?
This show has Robbie coming up with a PLAN. A plan that is COMPLETELY in character. (Capturing everyone else so that he would be the star by default.) That IS Robbie. :) Again, if the scriptwriter for this show WASN"T a Lazytown writer, he/she seriously did their homework. :) It also gives this compilation show an overarching STORY. (I've been to a couple of these types of shows in the States--that doesn't usually happen.) Bravo, Cbeebies!

I didn't expect that, they were brilliant fakes! especially fake Robbie, he researched the part superbly. Fake Sportacus too, presuming he's not also Icelandic, even had the rhythm of the accent!

Does anyone happen to know who wrote the script for the live show? Because as I said in the comment under the video, if this isn't a Lazytown writer, whoever did certainly did their homework, because Robbie is 100% in character iMO. :)

seems RTL Media Group is going to remove every german related LT stuff on YT...even mashups with not LT related german songs are affected...not a big loss I know...just saying

content ID hit with the result of a worldwide blocking...for my part only one video was affected...I got forced to remove this video bc my channel status wasn't ok (no video uploads with overlenght allowed, not able to set videos unlisted)...other guys like Vivi have lost some videos (dance videos with german songs) but in the other hand some are still online...I can't recognize a pattern behind it yet

I don't get it with the content ID. All kinds of companies suddenly claims to have the rights of LazyTown video's because the content ID has found a match. YouTube doesn't even check if it's legal or not. I disputed them all with succes. There is a small risk of losing your channel though and you need to fight for weeks to get it back again. That's not always worth it, so you can better delete the video in my opinion.

I'm pretty sure that RTL is the rightholder of LT stuff in Germany from the beginning (the eps gets still aired on Super RTL) but the copyright claiming comes a bit late for my taste...launching a dispute depends on which video is affected and if the video is worth it to risk your channel...in my case it wasn't and I'm not a fighter tbh ;)
