FTP rights are right?
Also have you antivirus?

I have antivirus on my computer, yes.

As you can see, luckily I had most of the text stored in a wordpad file, so I'm rebuilding the site piece by piece and making backups at LEAST once a week.

You guys can help me make this site better than ever!

I've brought the site back up, so not now. If it gets hacked again I may consider it.

Engine meant not your hoster - it's name of your CMS or blog, or you have static web pages?
