Has Stephanie ever been in Robbies basement?
Has Stephanie been in Sporticus's airship?

As Far as I know she has not been in Robbie's Basement. As for Sportacus Airship She was only in it once. I think

Stephanie has not been in Sportacus airship or Robbies cave.
She did have the chance to visit the airship in the episode Friends Forever, as Sportacus had given a ticket as a price to the winner of the contest!

As always, Robbie managed to screw up the day, and this actually lead to him visiting the airship for the first time.
Sportacus was also kept in a cage in the episode Robbie's Dream Team.

Therefore, both Sportacus and Robbie have visited each others places!

You're right. And also I remembered that both Stephanie (Julianna & Chloe) were in Robbie's cave. Not inside of course but they had stood neer its enter tube. Julianna in the episode "Little Sportacus" and Chloe in the episode "The Holiday Spirit".

There not that bad actually
