Yes, and that's where they should have left it, at the TV broadcasters, and not mix it with DVD, VMD and online streaming media providers who do not rely on PAL and NTFS frame rates.

24fps and 23.976fps are close related. You won't notice the difference.

I still wondering if the episodes are shot in 24 or 23.976fps, although I vaguely remember I saw a studio screenshot photo once of the master(?) recording with the speed of 23.976fps so I assume the LazyTown Viper camera used that setting too. Usually professional cameras like these uses the film setting (24fps), that's more common. It could be converted in the end production to 23.976fps though. For a 25 minute episode film that will make a difference of only 1.5 seconds. You won't notice anything.


That depends on the episode. They're not all the same length but close.

lazytown episodes are 24:39 minutes for s1
also yes the show was filmed 23.976fps i have a nick jr airing that is that fps and other nick jr episodes like that

apart from lazytown extra and action time
however the non-ziggy scenes were originally recorded 23.976fps as proved by the audio for them being pitched up in lzt extra
