When Pooky posts something without explanation it's usually some AI thing she made.

I was creating official foreign episode titles of the LazyTown dubs with NotebookLM and it does a splendid job, saves me a lot of time. There is also an Audio Overview option that is a deep dive discussion that summarize the key topics of the sources, in this case a list of the English S1 episodes. Hosts are pure AI voices.

Somehow when I look at the written conclusion of the list, I don't think the only source is the list I uploaded. Info from Wiki etc. . That's cheating.

        Conclusion:
The list of "LazyTown" episode titles offers a valuable initial insight into the core themes and recurring elements of the show. The emphasis on physical activity, overcoming laziness, the antics of Robbie Rotten, and engaging episodic adventures suggests a program designed to entertain and educate young viewers on the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle while presenting relatable characters and engaging storylines. Further analysis of episode summaries or the show itself would provide a more comprehensive understanding of these themes in action.

I must be misunderstanding you because it seems like you're saying the audio clip you posted are AI voices and that can't be true.

A user named MooMoo expresses skepticism. MooMoo indicates that he finds it hard to believe the assertion that an audio clip and a related "deep dive" discussion are entirely generated by artificial intelligence. This suggests a disagreement or disbelief regarding the origin of the audio content.

It really is scary good. Although what's funny in the second file is that from about 1:35 to 2:00, the man is explaining the tech to the woman, then from there to 2:35 it seems like she's explaining it to him and he's hearing about it for the first time.

It sounds quite real but it's not perfect yet. Every month there is some new development with AI, it's hard to keep up, so a year from now it will be almost perfect. They are experimenting with interaction now, which sounds cool. It's helpful in many ways but for me it's just for fun. Playing with AI a bit.

Some companies have been experimenting with this sort of thing for games, check out this video:

The voices there don't sound very convincing because they sound like bad actors reading lines in a recording booth, rather than people in a physical space having a natural conversation. The video is a year old at this point though, and you're right that with a few more months or years of development, it may be impossible to tell the difference.

A living and breathing NPC is going to be awesome. Modders have been using AI to bring AI NPC Companions to Skyrim.

The voice is not that great but the AI part is pretty nice

It's cool that the responses take the fictional world in which they're said into account. That seems like additional challenge, to keep all the generated stuff lore-accurate, on top of having to be consistent with everything else the NPC says, and with what other NPCs say, and with the story as it unfolds when you play the game. You can't have them just making up (or ignoring) large historical events or important places or people.

I am very impressed with the audio. What was your prompt? Just the thread title plus the list of episodes? Or did you have to be more specific?

It was only the list of episode titles and they discussed it.
