A new board, GetLazy Support, has been created and can be found under the GetLazy Community section. The board was created as a special area to help members get support from GetLazy's moderation team on things like issues with their account, the site, and other users.
The moderation team will be able to view all threads in the board, but in order to preserve the privacy of members dealing with sensitive issues, standard (non-moderator) members will only be able to see threads made by themselves. In other words, only you and the mods will know about your issue.
Please use the board as our preferred method of reporting non-urgent issues, and refrain from directly contacting moderators or posting in other areas of the forum for support. Doing this will improve the speed of issue resolution by centralizing reports and spreading the workload more evenly among moderators, and will also allow us to better identify parts of the forum or users that need improvement.
