I am either going to upgrade to SATA or UltaWide SCSI sometime soon, haven't weighed the costs, etc. yet, but IDE just ain't that great... even with a fast drive.

Also, in before Xizer calls me a Mac Faggot.

    Also, happy 600th post Justin!
    LOL @ 867 MHz

    LOL @ GeForce2 MX

Don't remember, don't really care all that much. Newish, rather slow, and running XP. I learnt at TAFE how to find out, but I'm not going to look because it's class work, and I'm not doing class work in my spare time unless it's homework (we did have a class on 'shop last semester, but I enjoy image manipulation).

          Custom build
          AMD 3500+
          1gb of ram
          7800GT

It still runs most things maxed, but it's showing its age.

I used to have a custom build, but a couple of months ago I got handed a pretty good Dell for free, so I'm using that at the moment.

I can't be bothered to find out what's inside it.

I'm just listing these stats so you can laugh at my horribly outdated technology.

                Dell computer, circa 1999
                Pentium III processor
40 GB (two 20 gig hard drives)
                512 MB RAM
                Windows 98 SE operating system

It's surprisingly resilient for such an old piece of junk though.
I seriously need a new sig. Will try Photoshop later.

also it's loud obnoxious and overheats.

                    *Zokita i am envious
*high five* Hurrah for junk computers! We don't need all that fancy schmancy stuff anyway, nothing wrong with an Old Reliable (or unreliable as the case may be).

And at least you have a laptop for the newer stuff and more storage, I don't have that luxury.

Gonna upgrade to 10.5? You're 67 mhz over the speculated min. requirement

I think 800 mhz minimum is listed in the developer documentation, but you never know what the final requirements will be until it comes out
