Speakeasy Chicago server doesn't have high enough bandwidth - I only get around 13 Mbps from it. When downloading from newsgroups or fast sites however I get my full 15 Mbps
The highest I can get in my area (which I don't have) is:
25 Mbps download speed
1 Mbps upload speed
good dl but up is not as good
1Mb up is pretty spiffy, all things considered, unless you've got a T1 or something...
Yeah it's really nice actually, but it just doesn't match with the "Nitro" as Shaw cable calls it download speed. Also Shaw caps your dl sometimes...idiots!

I guess if you're content with your shitty U.S. connection that's fine. If you find it "acceptable" then there's no need to worry about the rest of the world kicking our asses.
