The thing that always annoyed me about VCR's is when they ate my tapes.
That said, it was probably because I had a really old VCR. I'm sure MDC can tell you about how he used to rib my VCR and the door that popped up where you put the tape, lol.He's somebody, like everybody. Does what he's done lately erase what he's done before? I sure hope not. Maybe a lot of it has to do with growing up. Losing people. Moving on and never stopping. Closing your eyes, saying what comes off the top of your head, and hoping people embrace you for it.Comment

Oh, man! I hated it when that happened. I would roll the tape back afterwards, but it would be all wrinkled. I once had a rewinder (yep, a device that specific is to rewind a VHS tape) that was too strong and would rip out the tape from the beginning.Originally posted by TestingSupplies

Ya know, instead of going out and buying blank tapes, you can just throw scotch tape over this hole...
and record over them! When blank tapes were expensive, you could go to the dollar store and buy some cheap pre-recorded tapesand use those instead. The same also worked with cassette tapes. There were similar holes on the cassettes as well.
