I've battled with weight all my adult life too, I've been everywhere from 50 kilos to 100 kilos (no idea what that is in pounds).

I had a terribly embarrassing episode once where I went riding on my horse, we went to buy a soft drink at this place where there were dozens of people watching. I went to get back on my horse, and was so heavy that in the process of trying to get on him I actually made him fall over ! It was awful, and I felt so mean.

On a more serious note, my first husband used to be so nasty about my weight problems that I became depressed and tried several times to commit suicide. In the end I left him instead, which was a much better idea.

I need to shed some more weight, but it's really hard to exercise with my mobility problems. I'm going for a walk every day, and am going to cut back on my drinking (alcohol), that's what makes me fat.

I'm 163 cms, don't know what that is in inches but it's short...
