You have to be kidding, it's just youghurt with salt, how is it special? I mean, isn't youghurt already kind of salty? Why does it need more salt? And watter too?

firstly european countries really fckg don't know how to make Yoghurt...secondly if you vomit to that...you mst vomit everything man gime your address I'll send you "AYRAN"
Best lactate produce are from France, Belgium, Holland, Italy, and Romania. Probably from Scotland too, but I don't know.
I just say Turkiye is the best at Yo?urt...beacuse it's a Turkish/Middle East related food...
btw...the French are suck in allways LOL
Turks didn't invent youghurt, they just invented this name, the produce appeared all over Europe and Asia.
And yes, the french are the kings of chesse and wine and champaigne...not the only kings, but among them.

I'v had Motzarella and Mascarpone a few times, it was nice, but I prefere my native cheeses lol.
"Europeans were calling Turks (Huns) Barbarians...on that Yo?urt is a Turkish name...and a lot of French sources were calling it barbarian food...Once you didn't know Yo?urt...Suleiman the Magnificient (as we call him Lawer Sultan Suleiman) orders to send Yo?urt to Balkans...so that's how you met with it (this part is based on Wikipedia) "....Yo?urt is full-Turkish...because even other Middle-Asian countries such as Japans and Chinese even said they don't discover "Yo?urt"
I'm no food historian lol, you may be right, but as far as I know, in order to make cheese, you need to make youghurt first, and cheese has been made in Europe since forever, basicly, by all it's people's,new and old.
In Romania, we have 4 main types of youghurt;
-simple youghurt, with normal fat and fat-free
-kefir (which is also a turkish name,obviously)
-beaten milk
-sana
Sana and beaten milk have been made in Romania since the times of the dacians.
