Does anyone know a way around Viacom's filter on YouTube. I spent time making a video only to get it blocked worldwide due to the filter. No matter how much I manipulated the original content it still didn't get through. Is there a way around in this situation?

pitch your audio content...a value of 0.5 might be enough for bypass the filters and without making distort the original too much...

... please note that a deliberate falsify to the audiotrack a blockage of your account can cause...

No the audio is fine, its the visual content. The original file was ripped from DVD, but I altered it heavily. And yet it still is blocked.

...then nothing else is left to you than to mirror the videocontents inverted...However, in the meantime, the filters are developed so perfect that they recognise this manipulation I think...but an attempt makes clever...same warning like above of course...

I believe I tried that before. Heck I even added some PIP non-copyrighted content videos in the margins and it still didn't work.

better you stop it I think...because no video is worth to risk your YT account...

I made a remix once (with completely different music, speed up about 120%) and used about 40% of the original video in my YT video, also speedup by a 120%. The original was blocked everywhere except in Holland and the US but my video was visible haha. Untill a month later it was spotted, gladly enough there was no more block on the original, so I only got a warning that I used copyright stuff and some commercials now are added. So there is actually no way.

Just about everything. It blocks (or eventually removes) anything owned by them.
