Well, I've tried to be funny or tell entertaining stories, but it seems like I'm just not quite as good at that as some other people.
It seems like I'm good at writing. More often than not, when I'm reading, I inadvertently think of ways to make improvements to the way that a text is written. Because of that, I've rewritten three books: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens by Sean Covey, and The 6 Most Important Decisions You'll Ever Make by Sean Covey.
Also, I learned how to read purely by sight. When you get enough experience with reading, you can just run your eyes over the text, and your mind interprets everything for you.
I'm getting better at school work. When I was taking college courses, I listened in class, took notes, and diligently completed the assignments to the best of my ability. In the end, I earned A's.
