USA soldiers were bored and killed some dogs...
I'm not gonna go for a "stereotype" but usually US soldiers are like that
They're getting bored and kill and damage environment around.

Yeah I saw the video but got that warning before the video was shown. It looks like the dog tried to escape after the inpact, he must have be suffering a slow painfull death I guess. When you look on the right, next to the building, someone is walking in the direction of where the dog is and had no clue there was gonna be an impact, untill that moment came and he freaked out covering his ears.
So shocking.
