Police said two men were parked in front of the store, when the suspect walked up to their car, claiming the driver almost ran him over in the parking lot.
"Words were exchanged; shots were fired, and the victims tried to drive away," said Corporal Mark Secrist of the Tulsa Police Department.
The victims didn't make it far.
Police found 37-year-old John White and 18-year-old Kristjan Thorsson inside the car in a church parking lot next door. Police say the suspect shot the men with a pistol, unloading at least nine rounds.

Thorsson was a native of Iceland, according to Sveinn Gudmarsson of the National Radio of Iceland.
