If I've heard correctly, isnt (American) Football only played at college or professionally? didn't know it was an "elite" sport.

Nah football is played by all ages. From Elementary school, high school to college.

Don't know what this lady was thinking though even if she make it doubt she's survive the pounding by 500 lb linebackers. :)
