Cats or Dogs?

My cat Bazil:

He got hit by a car on valentines day this year, which also happened to be his birthday and died at the end of our street. We buried him in the back garden.

Aww..sorry to hear of your loss. We have a kitty that looks just like him. His name is socks, cause his paws are white too. hehe.

One of our cats went missing a few weeks ago, she was gone for days when normally she's back in 15 minutes tops. We were pretty worried cause she had epileptic seizures a few years back. We feared she got some again and maybe died or fell into a pond or whatnot, but someone found her and brought her to the vet, and she's safe and perfectly fine now.

I dunno, it was hard to pick since we had a German Shepard last year. Very loyal, sweet thing. We had to put her down though. *sigh*

Dogs are great, too, but I would always choose a cat. We had always one in our family as long as I can remember. ^^

Cats are so cute, I wish I could have one like the kitty in my garage....

You see, it's cold and damp where I live, and a pack of cats wanders around the neighborhood. So I was a little freaked out one day when a high-pitched mewing sound came from the garage, so I went in to investigate. There's a hole in the back of the garage, and a black mother cat brought her newly born kitten in. It's really tiny, but the cat looks just like the kitten that Sportacus is always saving from that tree. I'm kinda worried about the cat, since it's so small and looks sick. Poor thing. I wish I could feed it, but my father absolutely loathes cats and he's kicking it into the cold as soon as the weather gets a little better.

I'll ask my dad about that when he gets home, but knowing him, he'll just say 'eff the vet' and kick the kitty into the street. :( He can be completely heartless sometimes. Maybe Mom'll help me out.
