Woo-hoo, painkillas! Valium...gives me the giggles. True story. I have had over 25 surgeries in my life. Once, they gave me Valium IV. Instead of putting me to sleep, it kept me up all night, playing Trivial Pursuit...by myself and laughing at pudding. I've also done Morphine. Fun stuff. That knocks me out, though.

But, seriously, you don't wanna end up like Judy Garland, do you? Yeah, sure, being an icon to gays everywhere is fun, but you also have to have your only legacy be some acidfest nightmare that they show on TV at least once a year? And what about your untalented daughter, Liza?
It's this English show or something. The pink-haired girl is supposed to turn you into a pedo or whatever.

Hey, I used to be addicted to Gravol. I could not get to sleep without taking at least 2 a night. I always felt sick, it was really really bad. I was on them for about 2 1/2 years before I finally kicked the habit. One day I decided that I was going to stop, and I would stay up all night watching t.v because I couldn't sleep. I saw alot of interesting infomercails, my fave being "Turbo Jam".

I not sure if I would reccomend my cold turkey way, but it might work!

A few years ago, I had some knee pain. I saw a doctor, but it was never adequately explained (except as not being rheumatoid arthritis, which I'd worked out from the symptoms alone), and it's gone now. Anyway, because my Dad and I both get very bad headaches, the only painkiller we kept was 500mg paracetamol (US = acetaminophen) + 10mg codeine (which is available without prescription in pharmacies here), I got addicted to the codeine component. It was an entirely chemical addiction, I was fine once I got past the withdrawal symptoms, but they weren't pleasant. I'm fine to take paracetamol with codeine again now, though I never take more than two doses in a row before switching to plain aspirin.

I just came off a painkiller addiction after getting my appendix removed. I pretty much just stopped because I ran out. Lack of supplies is the ebst way to curb an addiction.
Isn't he the good looking guy?
                  No!
Yeah, in a bad boy sort of way.

Stevilito: "Do I was overdosing on painkillers when Edis Leado told me the strangest thing. I was in the middle of discussing how I find reasons to take painkillers when he says 'I'm having Reese's for breakfast.' And at this point I was totally like 'Candy?! FOR BREAKFAST?!' So then he's like 'Not candy...REESE'S PUFF CEREAL!!' I'm alarmed, he continues 'JUST ONE BITE AND MY TASTE BUDS ARE IN A SEA OF CHOCOLATY FLAVOR!!!' I back away from him, slowly...Was he done yet? I think not, he finally yells 'REESE'S PUFFS! IT'S CANDY: FOR BREAKFAST!!!' and I'm lying on the floor thinking 'Why oh why did I ever take painkillers like this?!' And that's the story and I'm sticking to it."

UPS Guy: "...Uhh...What can brown do for you?"

                    Stevilito: "...Any painkillers?"

                    UPS Guy: "Certainly!"

By avoiding pain, do you mean to tell us that you're a wuss?
