The first thing I've noticed is that there is no actual statement of spamming being against the rules in the Rules. That should be added, first of all. Make it clear that excessive fixation on a subject that is irrelevant to the current discussion degrades the quality of discussion and set out clear progressive punishments for such violations.
Maybe a comprehensive discipline policy is needed? The policy would define rule violations (offensive posts/flaming/spam/impersonation/etc), provide examples of each, and lay out suggested warnings and punishments. A disclaimer stating that the mods can alter suggested punishments via case-by-case considerations would provide a little flexibility too.
I think the existing mod team does a fine job, but if you're concerned that a spammer isn't being eliminated fast enough, maybe there should be 'head mods' with expanded powers?I seriously need a new sig. Will try Photoshop later.Comment

Edgar, I think you belong @ World Of Julianna more than here. Over there, there are many ten and twelve year old girls that love Julianna as much as you do, and they would not mind your spamm....talking one bit.
+ I joined recently when all of those other spammers joined, I hope you guys don't think I'm one of them. I'm always scared of being randombanned :hitler:

^Of course you're not a spammer! You've been around the LazyTown fandom at YTMND with Zafa and company for a while, and you haven't offended anyone or posted the same off-topic nonsense everywhere. ;)I seriously need a new sig. Will try Photoshop later.Comment
