Energy drinks are actually kind of dangerous. I know people who drink several of these each day. I've read that overcomsumption of these energy drinks can lead to nervousness, irritability, high blood pressure, and eventually heart disease or stroke. I wouldn't recommend 'em.

Coffee will do me just fine.

I avoid energy drinks cos stuff like Powerade tastes skank. The blue one's alright though.
I seriously went off the stuff cos my friends were just bombarding me with all this energy drink crap, drinking it all the time and stuff.
I also agree with what BingBang said.
Oh, and Tesco energy drinks taste like shit. Not literally, before anyone says it!
