Man it would take me three hours to make something like that and it would suck...I would have probably grabbed each frame and cut her out of it...then it would be a nightmare placing her back without moving her position...HOW THE F did you do that!?

Yep, made it in Imageready...basically manually erased the background for each frame using the eraser tool. You can also use the magnetic lasso tool for well-defined edges or the magic wand tool sometimes. As for positioning, that's not an issue because when I erase the BG, it just goes to transparent and the actual image size remains the same, so I was able to select all those frames and paste it on the new BG (my car.) It took about 3-4 hrs total. I'll post some more in another thread laters.

I would save each frame of the steph gif, get rid of the background, then upload all the frames to animation shop, make just steph with no background to a gif, then I would open up the background I want, and then I would propagate paste (pastes in all frames), and BAM!

Oh ok, I use to use imageready, but then a friend showed me animation shop, so I've been using that. Most unedited gifs are easy to make, but when you have to edit frames, it can take up to 3 to 4 hours

I just noticed there's a duff frame in your sig.

I just noticed ther are a couple of duff frames in your sig, where Stephy's got two right hands.
You might want to do something about that.
