I know of one way. For this, one optional thing is to extract all the files out to the video and audio stuff. When converting to DVD, you won't need to convert the audio since it's already in DVD format! The video file should be a .mp4 when you extract it and hopefully the program you plan on using will handle it otherwise you might have to use another program or AviSynth. There's the FPS you have to worry about too, I made this one 23.976 or NTSC. If you're making an NTSC DVD, then it's all good, some program should put in the 2:3 Pulldown flags or something. If you're going to make it into a PAL DVD then there might be some work that needs to be done like resizing to 720x576 and maybe an FPS conversion.

Hi, and thank you for worrying about me. Sorry for the tardiness in my reply. I'm surprised about the me being dead, sorry about that too. I live far from the forest fires, so only the smoke int he sky and heat came around my parts. Thanks for the offer, Dawn.

About the MKV extraction, I found out that it is currently not possible to extract a x264 (or related) from an MKV. For some reason it messes something up and makes an unplayable MP4 file. However, AviSynth can still handle it. While countering that, it might be better to take the original UK DVD and make a custom DVD from the episodes from it. Then again, the problem with that is the file size of an episode, I don't remember the size, but they have 5 episodes per Dual-Layered DVD disc (DVD 9). The full ISO was about 7GB, so each episode was probably about 1.4 GB each. If you're lucky, you can fit about 3 episodes a regular DVD disc (DVD 5).
