I wasn't sure if I should post them together or separately. Hopefully I'm not stepping on any toes by uploading already uploaded episodes, sorry if I am.
In any case, I have been working on a little project for a few months now where I take the widescreen episodes from the UK DVDs and add in the US audio track if it's available. Sounds simple, doesn't it? Back when I was planning it, I thought it would be. Boy, was I wrong! There are some interesting problems that present itself. Problem one, the US audio track does not fit snuggly with the widescreen UK video. Take the intro for example, most of the time it's aobut 3 seconds longer than the US one. If I am lucky, I can seamlessly edit the UK and US audio tracks together without any problems. I was until I ran into Dr. Rottenstein. Another example are the credits, the UK one is much shorter, but that's usually easier since there is just a bit of silence at the end.
The second problem two will be the blended frames with the 25 fps. Thankfully, I found ways to deal with that and I was able to get rid of most of the blended frames and "return" the video to the original 23.976 fps. Not really return since a few blended frames still exist; which you'll barely notice unless you look carefully. If anyone wants to see my notes or anything on how to do what I did, feel free to ask me.
When listing the downloads I will be putting them in the order they came on the DVDs. I have not completed uploading them all to up-file, so I will add those as I finish them. Along with the up-file download links I will also be posting mirrors to MediaFire links; however, due to the 100MB limit at MediaFire, the files will be split up. MediaFire is faster when it's working, they sometimes go down for maintenance. You can use a download manager with MediaFire if you want (FlashGot extension for Firefox makes things a little easier too).
A warning, these episodes are around 350MB each with 2 audio tracks. The US audio track will always be the first one and the second track will be the UK one. These are Dual Audio AVIs. Media Player Classic, Zoom Player, and VLC Media Player are the video players I know that will work with them.

Update (5/16/2007): The first and second UK XviD DVDRIPs are now up! Mirrors are probably not needed, but they will be in the IRC channel.
