Because your mother requested it specifically.

So you can choose which audio you want without having two copies of the episode. I personally think that LOTE audio would be more useful for the fanbase in general than two versions of English (though with a registration process that requires having good English posting such a thing here would be missing the point a trifle).

You can stick on as many audio tracks as you like, so you could theoretically have every version of the ep in every language on a single copy.
