The avi is inside the rar.

Just download WinRAR here and use it to open the rar file.
You'll find the avi inside - simply drag/drop that onto your desktop and you're sorted.

rar is a compression format, the avi is inside.

There's also another advantage to .rar, it'll make sure the file isn't corrupted. These file hosting sites can't always be trusted. Mediafire will sometimes just not download the last few bytes. files-upload.com will disconnect you even if you're using a download manager. Having the .rar there will make sure you get the entire file. :)

Don't forget to read the entire post, don't just look for the download link. I used to do that, and I got lost a bunch of times as a result.

open the file:

then drag the video to another folder to get the Avi:
