First of all, I'm going to say this: no, we weren't hacked, no, you didn't have your password compromised, and no, Get Lazy will not suffer any permanent effects from what happened for about 15 minutes last night - it has all been completely reverted and everything is just fine and dandy.
I guess cicley, notorious, and osiris thought it would be a good idea to try and "destroy the forums." At 3 AM in the morning. Yeah, I said WTF too. What an awful time to pick for your antics to have the maximum effect.
Unfortunately for them, I stay up late.
Quoth the control panel:
"Your database "getlazy" will have its backups restored within the next 5-10 minutes!
Phew! Crisis AVERTED, eh?"
I think we lost a day's worth of posts. Whoops. I hope nothing important was posted yesterday. So what does this all mean? Well, notorious and cicley both gave me $95 each for admin. I guess now that they've ****ed up and abused their privileges like I knew they would, that's a free $190 for me. Honestly, I expected this to happen sooner. As for osiris, he paid $50 for admin just a few hours ago. Damn, you'd think he'd have waited a little bit longer to get his money's worth. Anyways, that's an extra $50. All three of these rascals have had their admin privileges removed, unless they'd like to pay me again. I'd gladly let them have another good time getting their rocks off by spamming a dead forum that's going to be completely fixed in just a few minutes.
tl;dr version: Get Lazy has received $240 in funding in exchange for about 30 minutes of chaos in the wee hours of the morning.
