Maybe you should try Rapidown.
You can download from rapidshare simultanious without even having an (premium)account but with high speed. If you run the software you only have to copy the rapidshare link and it adds the download automaticly. Took me about an half hour to get all the files.
I bet there are other software who do the same but this one works for me ;)
