GL Url virus alert

our comrade "MoD" can't access our forum anymore due to a alleging virus infection of the GL URL



did anyone get any similar experiences? suggestions?

I have Kaspersky and I havent had any messages like that, but it did take me about 10 minutes to access the board in the afternoon.

Tell him to uninstall then re install Kaspersky. In the words of my technician "Kaspersky is the best out there, but it's not without it's problems".

I'm sure there is a way to manually allow the url somewhere in Kapersky's settings.

I deactivated auto def and got this page + a dowload file instead of the gl forum
it's a fake window of my computer telling me that I got viruses and to download a file to delete them."



seems he got serious issues :? ...be carefull guys...seems GL is under attack ^^

I've since had that message twice, once when using FF whilst I was on a download site, and the other when using IE when I tried to click on several links to our threads in google search results.

something is going on apparently...I use Avira Antivir and got no virus alert yet...Antivir is a peace of shit though ^^

Aren't you gonna do something about it ?
I'm using google chrome now but not for too long. I just can't let go of my IE ^^

I guess he just wanted to know how you keep your system clean without using anti-virus programs...maybe you use LINUX or sth ^^
