Those old cartoons are always so happy compared what's now on TV, except Southpark, Family Guy and some other
Magnús: - I have fans of all ages and I don't think it's weird when older people like LazyTown. LazyTown appeals to people for many different reasons: dancing, acrobatics, etc.

Indeed. I believe the 90's were the peak of cartoons. Nowadays there are very few good ones. VERY few.
Animaniacs is one of my favorites because of the frequently used slapstick (which somehow seems to have gotten lost in the cartooniverse), the heavy Abbott and Costello influence, and the target audience. The show isn't really written for children. There are a million and a half jokes and parodies that they would never understand. There is no target audience really, and that's why it's wonderful. They don't have to have that stigma attached. It's basically written for whoever wants to watch it.
ok...you got me...but unfortunately I don't got a hairy chest...pooky ich hoffe du liebst mich trotzdem...the creepy thing is that I really want to cook a bloody Schnitzel today...
