That is a coincidence. I watched rehearsals of the 'Holiday On Ice' on TV here and Do is finally back on TV after a few years away (because of her divorce and financial crisis).

My first impression was 2-unlimited
The girl who did the vocals was Ingibjörg Stefánsdóttir, who is also an actor. I don't know about the rapper, maybe it was Máni himself

Máni made some more, a soundtrack album from the film Veggfóður (Erótísk Ástrasagain) 1992, and I think "Pís of Keik - Fiðrildi og ljón" was a sort of hit.
I can't find a download link from that album.
