I need someone to make subtitles for my youtube videos because I don't have enough time or patience to do it myself.

I've done some long form subtitling and I agree that it can be tedious and undesirable. The only person that will do it for free for you is yourself, so if you don't want to do it, there are a lot of websites out there like Fiverr or Upwork where you can pay someone a fee to do work like this.
