Most would say Golden Harvest botched the intro of this film, but I think the US version was WORSE.

Not to mention this film premiered a month and two days earlier in Asia then in the United States..

One hour shorter. Here, DST won't happen for another 3 weeks. March 31.
Magnús: - I have fans of all ages and I don't think it's weird when older people like LazyTown. LazyTown appeals to people for many different reasons: dancing, acrobatics, etc.

I wish they'd just do away with already

I saw this last night (rather early this morning) figured I'd post it here for PSA. UEFI Virus.

You know I've been waiting for that. Another thing they need to do away with the UEFI bios.
Give us back our old style bios.

I really don't like videos as a way of getting info because the video makers have an incentive to make them as long as possible and there is no way to scan for the relevant info. Which is:

'As mentioned earlier, the installer must gain administrator permissions to run. That’s a high bar that means a computer is already fully compromised. In a statement, Microsoft officials wrote, “This technique [for exploiting CVE-2022-21894] requires administrative access for remote attacks or physical access for local attacks.” '

                  https://arstechnica.com/information-...-windows-flaw/

Just can't worry about things like this, have enough worries already I can't do anything about.

Meanwhile, I have this on loop:

For me it's just to keep people aware of things and a nudge to do the research oneself as you have done.
As safe as one thinks they are, always keep one eye open and looking behind you heh
I did all my Motherboard updates so I'm all caught up except for the bios. The latest Bios update from MSI
is from October. I wasn't in the mood to deal with that update yet. But good thing I waited because I'm sure they'll issue a new BIOS soon.
Even though in the video at 9:48 seems MSI is not vulnerable. But you know.....

I own and have read books with the stories of Bierce and Chambers, as well as Lord Dunsany and Arthur Machen. Part of my Lovecraft collection.

Sunless Sea has a very Lovecraftian influence and feel although it adds a lot of its own weird stuff.

I never did read them. Looks like I have something new to seek out. I'll look for the audio books for bedtime listening.
And that TV show True Detectives. Not ringing any bells if I even heard about it. If I did, long forgotten since
it is from 2010. But it sounds interesting.

Yeah, that's what put me in mind of that video.

                          Most of them being fiction.
