We saw this movie in the theater and were really into it. I bought the soundtrack LP. One of countless vinyl albums my parents threw away when I was at school. Film was made by a bunch of Russian immigrants, and put on display the weird fashion culture they found in New York.

Very mature themes in this one, not for the kiddies. But a very unusual sci fi movie.

It is available on Youtube. Explains a lot about NYC 😁

I saw that but assumed it was an ad. Is the whole thing on there for free? It was rated R. Does YouTube allow R rated stuff on there? or is it censored?

It has more than that. A lot of drug use and sex and some sexual violence. Liquid Sky is a street term for heroin.

By the way I don't have a youtube account but it is letting me see it so I am guessing it is not age restricted. Not sure how that works.

I get the impression the Aliens in this film are based on the Tall Whites. Also know as The Nordic Aliens tall with pale skin. They look like the Tall Whites.
