I use metal utensils. I don't use those non stick Teflon coated pots and pans.
Once those pots and pans get the tiniest of scratches toss it.

Not from the video. Been looking for the video I saw years ago about this.

the damaged coating can release chemicals, including PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances),
    into your food, particularly when the pan is scratched, which can flake off tiny particles of the coating into your meal;
this is why it's important to replace scratched non-stick pans.
    Even those ceramic ones

Do not use non-stick ceramic pans with scratches because the damaged coating can allow chemicals to leach into your food,
especially if the pan is made with a coating containing PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances),
which are considered potentially harmful to health when ingested.

chuft I can't seem to get to your link right now. It's bugging out
again on the captcha. I hate that thing. It's not just that site but others
    that use that crap.

Before I didn't even get that empty box it was just white.
This site captcha does this to me all the time.

The most trusted search engine in the world. Google AI.
The short follow-up is do you trust the manufacturers/suppliers.
And it all boils down to the glaze. High quality vs. low quality.
Also, need to be warry of fancy colored ones as it could contain
      lead and cadmium.

Odd, I don't get a captcha from that archive site. Maybe it's because of that pesky VPN you are using.

        Somewhat educational..

JACKIE CHAN - MY STUNTS is an 1999 documentary about how Jackie Chan performs his stunts and comes up with his movie ideas.

It's the sequel to Jackie Chan - My Story

While there are a few bits and pieces in each segment on how they did some of the effects/stunts, there's also a segment on how to shoot a fight scene properly.

Very 10/10 interesting documentary if you have a soft spot for action films or Jackie Chan.

Let me point out, POLICE STORY PART II is Jackie chan's safest film before 2013.

Yes, the film with the largest explosion in Hong Kong cinema history & and that one where he jumps through the wrong glass pane and gets a bunch of cuts on his wrists and glass in his skull, and that one where a metal frame fell on Maggie Cheung's head, is the safest film he's made.

nice, but who benefits from it?...this week we experienced a "dark lull" over here...there was neither wind nor sunshine... environmentally harmful gas and coal power plants had to step in to maintain the power supply...additionally, expensive (nuclear) electricity had to be purchased from abroad...in contrast, during summer there's an abundance of solar power, resulting in surplus electricity having to be fed into foreign grids for a fee...practical electricity storage solutions don't exist yet...as a result, we have the highest electricity prices in Europe and possibly worldwide (approximately 35 cents/kWh)...thanks, nuclear phase-out...thanks, Merkel...

In the video, right now it's being sold to energy companies. Probably be a while until
other companies make their breakthroughs and sell to the public so we can actually
cut the damn cord from those energy companies. Next we need a better way to store that
energy. They have been working on new batter technologies too. Moving away from Lithium.
Sodium-ion batteries, Zinc-manganese oxide batteries, solid state batteries and a few others.
Question is will I see those benefits in my lifetime or you guys the next or next generation get all the benefits.
