My BS detector went off immediately at the implication that President Obama was somehow controlling a federal district court judge in Florida (not to mention a circuit court of appeals after that). This is conspiracy crap.
"The lawsuits have been a significant part of ParkerVision’s corporate strategy. The company has recorded minimal revenue from its wireless technology since it was developed in the 1990s and no revenue at all for the past three years."
https://www.jaxdailyrecord.com/news/...ert-witnesses/
This company basically developed patents, sat on them, and then sued much richer companies when they used something that appeared similar.
Patent litigation is very technical. It's not like a jury finding that somebody stole a car. The judge found the Parkervision expert witnesses lacking (one of them was a Parkervision exec - not exactly impartial).
The guy said that in 2011 he didn't know anything about Qualcomm. That seems hard to believe. It was the giant wireless company founded in 1985 whose tech (CDMA) was used in wireless networks across the US. How can anyone in that industry not know about Qualcomm?
The problem with watching conspiracy videos is the algorithm will keep feeding you more and more of them until you see conspiracies everywhere.
Only thing I agree with is that China steals US intellectual property. Of that there is zero doubt in anyone's mind.l i t t l e s t e p h e r s- Translate
