maybe she's referring to the letter that ISIS wrote to Joseph Blatter telling him that the football world championship 2022 shouldn't take place in Qatar cuz it belongs to the caliphate of Syria and Iraq then (>_<)

The 2022 world cup is being held in the very hot country of Qatar (see, a soccer related post) I pronounce, and people I hear on TV pronounce "Qatar" as "Ka-Tar", and the American I was listening to pronounced it "Cutter", I just thought it was a fun difference.
