Youtube is experimenting with HTML5 and I must say that I like it better than the original flash.
I have one video that forces you to watch it in HTML5 in Google Chrome (does not work in FF or IE) so you can check it out:

This is the one without to watch in HTML5 in Google Chrome, so you can compare without using the trial (below):

The advantage for me is that there is no sync problem in HTML5 (the audio stays in tune with the video). I have that problem with flash that the audio comes later compared with the video watching the video the first time.
