Well typically this is the product
It's macaroni and cheese.
But around here we call things "ghetto" if they're off-brand because they're typically really cheap (can be bought in the ghetto) and not at all like the original.
Here, it is called "Rapid Mac," and it's funny because it just sounds like something awful. Just the fact that they use the word "Rapid" makes it really funny.
