It's not a common practice, but it is theoretically possible for one to buy themselves into one of these schools. I suppose no more or less possible than in the Netherlands.

No it's pure based on final high school exams, you can do any college education you like with that and it's all registered. We have no private university and everything is financed by the government so it is useless looking for corrupt people or something.

That worked for me...also, we have to realise that we can't change the past...what we do from now on matters...boy, it took me a long time to get that in my head...but it was worth it.
I still have moments of regret, but mostly, I am happy in my own skin.
Yay for the future !

Thanks ^^ but I kinda lost the desire of making friends just a few days ago...
