It is especially important during mass sickness to keep good habits. Just because the government creates restrictive quarantines doesn't deprive you of your freedom. Be sure to get plenty of fresh air, sleep and exercise. Use a lot of warm water and soap to wash away germs. Take your meals regularly, remembering to eat balanced without binging. Keep your head up and do not let fear stop you from living today.

It's unsure how your immune system will respond to the virus but there are a few specific things that makes the virus cause more problems, according to science. Be healthy is really important, like SportaKandy said. Also do your Sportacus moves every day. Obese people are more susceptible to the virus and/or respond way worse to the virus infection. A very old joke. Almost as old as Pooky. Did you know that Matt watched Christian kids shows? A good way to spend your time if you guys are stuck inside.
