Just wondering, do you have a copy of Ziggy's LazyTown Challenge Game?
I remember playing it a long time ago, and would love to play it again.

Those are flv files. Same as in Pick The Hits game, where it does work. Not sure why it doesn't work at the Pixelspix game.

Yeah, the Get Up And Move Game from the old days with flash, very obsolete. There are more old games like those, like Pixelspix. Perhaps you remember.

LazyTown Festival and Champions games were really boring, even in those days it was released. ๐Ÿ˜„

LazyTown festival, Lazytown champions.. and I'm sure they made some other games. Get up and Move (the game ur talking about) mixed moving and clicking together

The only LazyTown game I saw was the Flash one that Nindanjoe extracted those little gifs from. It was pretty simple, a little marketing thing. Not much depth there.

That would make the kids cry LOL... then all the moms would give it a 1 star rating

(my mom would turn off the TV and tell me to listen to him)

What about LazyTown Champions and all the other Nick Jr. LazyGames ?

You're right, it was there on the actual site itself. Thanks for explaining to a total n00b in gaming.

Not sure if you can call them games though. Lots of games are played with an app on a smartphone or with software on computer. It's better to specify on what platform you want the game to be on, what kind of a game you have in mind etc. Show examples.

What is a 'video game' anyway?

The only type of LT video game that I think would be in the proper spirit would be one like Pokemon Go, where you had to go outside and walk around in order to accomplish things. Something that forced you to exercise outside. Or something VR like Beat Saber that involved physically moving to music.

A game that you can just sit on the couch and play - .
True about couch potato game playing hehe

Unless it's also VR and you have to Dance and Sing like that VR Saber game

But it's you making Steph dance and sing

Not really. UE5 is still free up to a certain point (among other game engines). It's got asset packs which actually caused trouble with two game devs. One sued the other "thinking" they stole their assets but they both used UE asset packs. Some people theorize that the one dev doing the suing was just being spiteful due to the games being similar in genre.

AI could probably create the models for you based on feeding it the images of the characters. And same with the replicating voices. All you would really need is a script and story boarding.
Would be nice if you could feed the AI all the dialogue and actions of a specific characters and let the other characters you interact with organically react to you based
on the history of that character via the AI interpretation. They've already been doing that with Skyrim and companions. Even the NPCs. Long gone are the days where
an NPC guard is stuck on the last dialogue "I use to be an adventurer like you until I took an arrow to the knee" because you've depleted the NPCs scripted dialogue tree.

Now if this was just a fan project I'm sure there would be no problem with the IP owners if it's a free game unless they like the game so much they pay you
for it and you all enter into a licensing agreement for a game to sell. That would make it kind of official though not from Magnus but the company he sold it too
and who own all the rights and licensing for it.

So much potential with AI along with so many downsides. Like most of human inventions.
