LazyTown Game, Apocalypse on the Way

Oh no.

The license to create a videogame based on Icelandic children's television show LazyTown is currently being shopped around by LazyTown Entertainment, according to MCV.

The show stars pink-haired protagonist Stephanie, played by Julianna Rose Mauriello--famous on the internet for the song "Cooking by the Book," and its many salacious parodies.

"Today's computer games enable children and their parents to be a lot more active than ever before and they can now be fully engaged with the LazyTown philosophy," said a statement from LazyTown Entertainment.

I have held off buying a new console since my PS2 (it helps that my bro has a Wii and my buddy has an xbox360) but I would totally make the jump for a LazyTown game!

It's all good, when I first heard about LazyTown Stepmania stuff it was a few years old already.

The legendary LazyTown pack is no longer being worked on, it seems. You can find some, but not all, sim files that you can use with Stepmania here: http://www.bemanistyle.com/sims/

You'll have to make an account over there and then search for it. People there usually name LazyTown different ways, so I recommend as "lazytown" and "lazy town". They also sometimes have LazyTown as the Artist, and sometimes as the Simfile Name.

YAY!! I would definitely buy that game! I hope Robbie's in it, though I'm certain Sportacus will be!
