We're Number One anniversary

Next year it's the actual 10 year anniversary of the song We're Number One, but why not celebrate it now 😄

It was one of LazyTown's most successful songs and was first broadcast on TV nine years ago, on October 22, 2014, in the episode Robbie's Dream Team. The success of this song was not only due to Stefán's excellent acting, but also to the many memes on social media that grew into a huge hype between 2016-2018. I think we were all there to witness that :)

Yep, I was. I am a bit ashamed to admit the only reason I remember LazyTown was because of the memes.. kinda.

I watched it about two years before the meme popularity.

When this came out I didn’t realize how derivative the song was of 1001 Arabian Nights by Chipz.
