Re: Julianna and Magnús together again in a Live Show in UK
To Beticaforever and Stingy (with all respect and friendship that I have for you both):
Every time we talk about music or movies (or whatever other issue involving value judgments) immediately we are talking about something that is inherently associated with human nature: personal preferences.
It is possible to speak about a general consensus on some of these things. For instance, for most of the people it is possible to enjoy or not those things and for diverse reasons (some of them highly justified from a technical or artistic point of view and others because simply awake significant emotions). You can consider or not those reasons, it's your decision. Nevertheless, there is not any valid reason to feel bad or upset if your personal preferences are on the opposite side of this consensus (whatever it may be).
Obviously, I'm talking about personal preferences that don't contradict the basic principles of life, under which we live.
On the other hand, to imply or suggest the divergence of opinions (on this matter) as a valid reason for people to exclude themselves (or censure themselves) of a discussion forum like GL because their opinions, vision, knowledge or preferences don't coincide with yours, is simply absurd. I think there is space for divergence, tolerance and interchange of opinions, at a reasonable level, of course. I have to admit the divergence of opinions sometimes is hard to handle, specially when they reach high levels of passion and/or violence. However, I think this is not the case (yet) here and now. Please, let’s respect our diverse personal preferences. There is no need to make fun of it or use insults to defend our opinions (I’m talking to you both). This is not a competition to know who's the best LT fan ever, seriously.
Regarding to “Go Step Go”, you can like it or not: it's a matter of personal preferences.
Only to make it clear: I’m not talking about the campaign of “Go Step Go” or its good intentions. I’m not talking about the artistic talent involved into this project either.
I’m talking about the song itself: at the end of the day, no matter how complex or easy of composing, singing and/or filming it was. You gonna like it or not based on your own personal preferences.
For me, it resulted disappointing (again, this is my opinion) when you compare it to previous LT songs.
“Go Step Go” it’s not the worst LazyTown song either: to say that would be really unfair. But in my personal list of the best 30 or 35 LazyTown songs, "GSG" wouldn't occupy one of the first places.
I hope my words and intentions can be understood in the best possible way.
Re: Julianna and Magnús together again in a Live Show in UK
Hlazytownero - Thanks for your nice words! You know me and I never said that profane word in the forum, but I felt very upset with all things I read here, and I finally exploded. Sorry again, this must be a peaceful forum, but some people don´t understand it.
Re: Julianna and Magnús together again in a Live Show in UK
If you don't like Go Step Go that's perfectly fine - you just can't use the arguement that it's too simple (compared to other LazyTown songa) because that is just plain factually wrong. Simple as that. This must be a peaceful forum, but some people don't understand English and often twist the words that I say into something completely different and then get mad at me for it.
On a side note, I too thought it was most hilarious.
Re: Julianna and Magnús together again in a Live Show in UK
I like the music, but lyrics are..., I don´t know how explain, anyways, my English not perfect, but you don´t need have a good English for understand "then you are in the wrong show and forum." But I want finish with this argument.
I want say I have news, interview is done and they made a couple of pictures and the interview is 45 minutes aproximately.

this one is more simple, I hoped more rhythm
Go Step Go is one of more complex songs to be produced by LazyTown.
Lol WTF are u smoking?
You call that complex? Last I listened to it, 1/2 of it was silence between th beats, there was barely any backing vocals, and barely any instruments either, your thinking lots of complex
Sounds., it barely had any layering until the last minute, and even then,
Don't talk about stuff you obviously don't know about

I agree, except for the last. It's a beat, bass and chord and some guitar riffs and musiceffects. I don't know what makes LazyTown songs so easy to listen to and yet it's so simple made, with a few exceptions.
Magnús: - I have fans of all ages and I don't think it's weird when older people like LazyTown. LazyTown appeals to people for many different reasons: dancing, acrobatics, etc.
