    LazyTown new album/compilation: Hidden Gems

A few days ago, in a Facebook post Mani did regarding the new Latibaer song, he replied a few comments mentioning a new LazyTown album was set to release today in digital platforms. The album is called "Hidden Gems" and includes a lot of rarities and stuff both old and new, with a few being the first time these were released.

Here's the full tracklist, and the links to the album will be at the end of the post.
    1. Go Step Go
    2. Easy Way - previously unreleased / scrapped
    3. Piper Song - also known as "I Love to Dance"
    4. Always a Way (Selma's Version)
    5. Take a Vacation
    6. Bing Bang (Time to Dance)
    7. Have You Ever Been Sad?
    8. Rock and Roll Star - actual title of "Rock Your Socks Off" and is the full version with a full second chorus and outro not heard in the series
    9. LazyTown Extra Theme Song
    10. Anything Can Happen (Selma's Version) - Unlike AAW, this is the same lenght and production as Julianna's but with a lyric difference on the chorus.
    11. Go Green
    12. Play It all the Time - The song Stingy sings at the start of Rockin' Robbie, a very short one
    13. We're Gonna Move Today (Extended) - Adds a new verse for Robbie and removes Stephanie "na-na-na" at the end
    14. Bing Bang (Housebuilders Remix)
    15. You Are a Pirate (XMas Remix) - somebody knows from where is this one?
    16. Cooking by the Book (US Version)
    17. Bing Bang (Chloe's Version)
    18. LazyTown Megamix Two - Only has season 2 songs... somebody knows why Pixel sounds different on the "I Like Learning" section?

The only song that is new to me is Selma's Anything Can Happen and I wonder what the reason was she sang this song. I believe her version of Always A Way was made in 2002 and would actually be released in that year but never did, and unlike Anything Can Happen the musical arrangement was different. It's always nice to have new stuff. 😃

The Megamix Two is also new with cold transition like we heard in the first one, which is not so fascinating. Yeah, the I Like Learning song uses different vocals of Pixel. I could not say if those are Kobie's vocals in a different try or not. It does sounds like from someone else.

Have You Ever Been Sad has a different arrangement which is really nice to hear.

We're Gonna Move Today (Extended) has different vocal style of Robbie from what we heard in the episode where he sings with a wizard voice. Now he sings with his own voice.

You Are a Pirate (XMas Remix) was made during a contest in 2010 (on the facebook page) where fans could vote which song they wanted in a xmas style, with Cooking By The Book as second place. It's a wonderful remix.

The rest of the songs we already heard before and are great, except two of them. I don't understand the Go Green song which is a terrible song to hear. Same for Play It All The Time (Rock n Roll Music) which also sounds like it's directly taken from the episode. I rather hear the full song without Stingy singing in the end.

    ------

I've added the full song here of Play It All The Time (Rock n Roll Music) which is on Soundcloud for years.
and recreated the We're Gonna Move Today (Extended) episode version by combining the two versions on YouTube.

Magnús: - I have fans of all ages and I don't think it's weird when older people like LazyTown. LazyTown appeals to people for many different reasons: dancing, acrobatics, etc.
