I don't see it on my country Spotify. It looks like one of the old releases that are unlisted on Spotify because of them being taken down. (For some context, unlike other streaming services that deleted the album pages, spotify unlists them and are only available if you still have a link tho Google will keep them on their results if they last enough. This also applies if a release is region locked, you can still access it with the link)
where did you find it?, are the instrumentals able to be played? They don't work for me when I open it with your link which makes me think it is either region locked or just unlisted/taken down.
Yeah, this is not a new re-release. It's just a release that was once available on Spotify and probably in other streaming services at one point, but got taken down later on. Like I said, Spotify just unlists the pages, which means they're still there, although you can only access them by having the exact link, or if Google or other search engines saved it.
In most cases, tracks aren't able to be played. However, if they are, it's very likely they are available on another album that is already available on your country. This is because of Spotify's "Track Linking" function. Citing from their own article:
"when a user tries to play a track that isnβt available in their own market, the Spotify mobile, desktop, and web players try to play another instance of the track that is available in the userβs market." -https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/concepts/track-relinking
This usually applies for stuff like, when a record label uploads an album but they don't own the rights for a specific track, but it also applies for removed / unlisted releases. If you play any of the songs, Spotify is likely taking the audio from the alhum that was released a few days ago, hence why the instrumentals cannot be played, because there is no available album with these right now. You can tell this by seeing if the cover shown in the player is the Aified one. Hope this isn't too confusing!
