I can't image that it was easy to turn a serialised franchise into an episodic one. Also, Lazytown is a long running franchise, so hiccups in continuity is inevitable

Good point but wouldn't they at least try? In Episode 2 Sportacus has apparently already stayed in LazyTown for a year!
And is your profile picture inspired by mine from last year up to last month? that keeps crossing my mind.
Yeah, it's a pretty big oversight haha. Quite avoidable, too, since the show stays consistent with writers (at least, I'm pretty sure).
Although, would it be a time skip? Are there other signs that suggust a time skip?
And no, my gif pfp is just a collection of album covers, wasn't inspired by yours (no offence!)
There could be time replays. In Dear Diary, the events of Soccer Sucker are seen in one page of her diary, remember? However, Soccer Sucker was eight episodes later. That could be a flashback episode?
I don't think we ever got the full history of lazy did we.
The complete lore.
I don't think it was in that book either 😊
But no, we had some snippets of the history of LazyTown written before the TV-show with background info of the characters, and how Alex became Sportacus 10. I wonder what happened to that, and what happened to the book used in the series as well.
Magnús: - I have fans of all ages and I don't think it's weird when older people like LazyTown. LazyTown appeals to people for many different reasons: dancing, acrobatics, etc.
