yeah its when you hit that certain age (18+?) where all your socks have holes in them and you really appreciate finding a new pair of socks under the christmas tree as opposed to a new lego set.

I usually go barefoot unless I have to go outside so my socks don't go very fast, but I still have a whole bunch of socks with holes every few months cause I can never be arsed to buy new ones. In fact, the only reason I have socks at all is cause my mom keeps buying them after she gets sick of seeing the swiss cheese I call my socks.

I go thru 3 pairs a socks a day. If I take off my shoes, its time for a new pair of socks.

But I wash cloths everyday, and I buy a 12 pack of socks a month.

I find if I don't wear socks my slippers get soggy.

My socks start out black and stay black. Cause all my washables are black, even my towels and stuff.
