Yeah it's what happens when green screen bleeds through frizzies on a pink wig and there's pretty much nothing
you can do about it because the coloring of the halo is too close to her skin tone. To mess with it also will mess with her skin coloring.
You can also see that on the DVD's don't really need HD. It's not just chroma key either any of the color keys it happens with.

In all fairness, Sports Day isn't the best episode to compare that kind of stuff.
It has different lighting and color palettes than the rest since it was the second episode shot and they were still learning their shit.
