I've always found that a strange picture because it makes it look like she has a double chin. There are any number of pics of her with her head turned to the side like that and she does not have that much fat under her chin.

I believe the face was taken from a previous photo shoot pose. You're right. A double chin was not that prominent in the original, or not even there.
